Eligibility for Returns & Replacement

To qualify for a return or replacement, please ensure the following conditions are met:

1. All returned loose gemstones will be thoroughly inspected and verified by the Jai Shree Krishna Gems and Jewels quality team.
2. Damages caused by negligence, improper handling, or misuse will not be covered under this policy.
3. The product must be returned with all original documents, including:
• Original Product Certificate
• Original Invoice
• Packaging and documentation

Custom Jewelry Return & Exchange Policy

All custom-made jewelry (including rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) is specially handcrafted as per your order and therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Important Notes

• Laboratory Certification Fees: Any third-party certification charges (requested by the buyer) are non-refundable.
• Payment Gateway Fees: Any payment gateway or transaction charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
• Shipping, VAT, and Duties: These are not refundable.
• Return Shipping: Customers must bear the entire return shipping cost and ensure the product is securely packed and insured during transit. Jai Shree Krishna Gems and Jewels will not be responsible for any loss or damage in transit.

In case of any disputes or disagreements, the decision of Jai Shree Krishna Gems and Jewels shall be final and binding, as per applicable laws and regulations.

All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

Mandatory Documents for Return/Exchange

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without the following:

• Original Invoice
• Original Certification(s)

Claims without these documents will not be processed.

Gemstone Authenticity Disputes

In the event of any dispute regarding gemstone authenticity, the gemstone will be tested only at:

• A government-approved laboratory (e.g., IIGJ Jaipur), or
• An internationally recognized lab (e.g., IGI, GIA),
  as chosen by Jai Shree Krishna Gems and Jewels.

The laboratory’s findings will be final and binding, and no further disputes will be entertained.

Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item at our facility.

• Your bank or card provider may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect the refunded amount in your account.

The return period starts from the day you receive your product, as verified by courier delivery records.

Q2. I purchased two loose gemstones but want to return one. Can I?

Yes, you can return one gemstone within the 7-day return period as per our policy.

Q3. I lost the gemstone’s lab certificate. Can I still return it?

Unfortunately, no. The original lab certificate, invoice, and documents are mandatory for processing a return.

Q4. Can I return a gemstone after it has been set in jewellery?

No. Once a gemstone is custom set into jewellery, it becomes a customized product, and returns are not applicable.

Q5. How should I send the gemstone for return?

Please ensure:

• All original items (certificate, invoice, packaging, etc.) are included.
• The gemstone is carefully packed and shipped via a reputed courier with insurance.
• Keep the tracking number and share it with us for reference.

Important:
Do not mention “JSKGEMS” or any words like gemstones or jewellery on the package to avoid undue attention during transit.
